Cant remember his name but he had a decent record and stepped up for a trinket fight iirc, he lost and I haven't heard his name since (hence reason i have forgot it). Anyone heard of anything?
Demitrius Hopkins. Yeah fought or shall i say bored Kendall Holt and anyone who watched that fight to death!... He won two fights after before losing to Brad Solomon this year. B-Hop supposedly chucked him out of one of houses he owns. Not sure why but he wasn't happy with the lads attitude that was for sure.

The bout was scheduled to happen on the undercard to the Latin Fury 9 pay-per-view at the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City. Hopkins was arrested on a warrant for an outstanding debt of child support. A member of his team told *********** that Hopkins owes nearly $30,000, which was a few thousand more than his actual purse for the fight with Munoz. ***********'s Bill Emes, who covered the Latin Fury 9 weigh-in and the Hopkins drama, said several members of Top Rank [and media members] were upset over the handling of the situation. Hopkins has not fought since 2008, which means he didn't bank a single purse this year. If they were so concerned with recovering the owed money for the child, then the right, and sensible thing to do, would have been to allow him to fight and then order a seizure of his purse [or a portion of].
He also had a cousin called Willie Gibbs who was decent enough, he had a record something like 17-3-0 and he was brought over to fight Andy Lee just after Lee was beaten by Vera. Gibbs put up a brave performance but was well out boxed but was somewhat unlucky to get stopped in the last round, he deserved to last the final bell considering he had hung in up till then. Haven't heard anything about him since, that's about 3 years ago..
