    Swimming is actually a superior overall workout.

    It's just his body type. Perhaps dietary, too.

    I think he knew Paulie's style would be a problem just like it was in the first fight. I thought Paulie would win but felt Diaz would do much better than he did. Paulie did what he had to do and he looked good.....too much show boating but he did a great job controling every aspect of the fight wth pure boxing.

    Yes, a lot has to do with his body type. I mean, he could slim down but it's a hell of a lot more work than it is for most people I believe. Definitely not blessed with genetics or a fast metabolism I don't think. He should try though, I'm sure he would feel extra sluggish and weak though. It could just be bad habits, though... or a combination.

    he really needs to be at 130, he was small next to Pauli. and his punches had no effect. Pauli isnt that big a guy but next to Juan he looked huge. Clearly Juan is better served at 130. I see he no longer does the sound effects with his mouth when he punches. I think his confidence isnt what is used to be.
