There was a thread on this the other day and most people are absolutely clueless about what is and isn't possible naturally when it comes to muscle growth. They seriously think AJ put on those 20lbs of pure muscle without the use of steroids
It wasn't all muscle. He added some body fat also looking at the pictures of before and after. You might not notice it that much because it is spread over a 6ft 6 frame but some of that weight he added is definitely fat.
I thought Joshua looked a bit shook up. I think that it might be a good thing though. Joshua should take it very seriously and do a demolition job now. I think if it gets to round 6 Miller will have shown an unbelievable chin.
So Miller says AJ was 220lbs for Olympics and came in at 240lbs in his pro debut (making out he turned pro quickly) When in reality it was over a year later and he weighed in at to 230lbs on his pro debut.
putting on pure muscle is very difficult and slow process after you get.your newbie gains in first year or so.
220lbs isn’t that big for someone so tall is it really? I don’t see why it’s impossible to put on a stone of muscle in just over a year. Particularly with access to the best facilities, trainers, and diet and nutrition. Not saying he hasn’t taken something but I’m in the innocent until proven guilty camp. As for it being a good fight, apparently fury put Miller down 7 times in 1 round of sparring and sent him home...
Josh will fill this knobs big mouth with leather and brutally I think. No matter what anyone thinks you wouldn’t put your house on him losing against anyone at the moment.
It's weird because people who know lots about this say he has to be on steroids but also others who know lots about it say it is possible to do without. It's like all the jet fuel melts steel beams chat in its way. Either way, consider me Team Miller
They don't call him the bodybuilder for nothing. Big Anthony taking more growth hormones than Phil Heath. Lol.
