It's not possible what Joshua has done with his body, anybody who has been in a gym and trained knows that. The ones that say it is possible are probably using just look AJ but deny it if anyone asks.

Bro you've swelled up massively lately
Yeah it's just hard training and protein

I have a feeling AJ is gonna do a major job on Miller. The mouthing off by Miller and his family, US debut, Miller is gonna he in a 'world of hurt'.

Why isn’t a pound or so of lean muscle a month possible? Unaided.

I’d be disappointed if I was training as hard and eating as well as AJ and not getting those results...

I’m not a complete gym novice...have a bit of knowledge of training and nutrition from over the years and it doesn’t seem impossible to me...

All three HW's are blatant cheats. Fury proven, Wilder losing around 20bs since VADA testing came in and AJ putting on an obscene amount of bulk since the Olympics.

Gains decrease and slow down over time that’s why it’s called newbie gains so even at the start if you gained a pound a month after 6 months or so it would slow down and let’s not act like aj had never lifted weights before.

Genetics play a big part and clearly aj has the build of a fast gainer tall naturally broad but it just seems suspicious also it was perfectly timed the gap between Olympics and turning pro.

If Tyson Fury dropped Miller 7 times in sparring and sent him home after 1 day, back when he was British level himself....hmmm!

It’s safe to say that chin isn’t going to hold up for long enough for there to be a competitive fight.

No way of knowing if that sparring story is true though- or the reasons why Miller was getting dropped like that.

Joshua's weight on the scales for his first 3 pro fights. Not quite 240..

    Emanuele: 230 pounds
    Butlin: 232 pounds
    Kisicek: 229 pounds

It was more than a year after the olympics as well, which took me about 60 seconds to find out.

I hope Miller makes enough money from boxing because I don't think his 'research' skills will take him very far.

20 pounds is a lot, people think it’s easy cause they havent tried themselves. He would have to no cardio and just straight lift

A stone of muscle for someone who ls the same size as A.J, is achievable naturally, within the first year of bodybuilding. However for that you would have to do everything by the book and train very hard.
There would be little room for boxing training in that year. You would strip most of your gains back off.
Natural bodybuilding is a different game to steroid assisted.
The natty guys have to be clever with the cardio they do.
I know quite a few natural trainers who compete. Most don't do much more than a walk or steady plod on a treadmill/ x trainer.

Natural bodybuilding is diminishing returns. In year one 10lbs+ of roughly all lean mass is possible. Beyond that it’s not happening. Heavyweight boxers like AJ have been lifting weights all their adult lives. They simply cannot just suddenly gain 15lbs+ of lean mass without assistance.

Yep. For a boxer who had to be conditioned to go 12 rounds and maintain that cardiovascular conditioning yet at the same time build lean mass is just simply not happening naturally.

The biggest worry leading into this fight for Miller and his fans is if all the knockdowns he supposedly took from Wilder and Fury are true.

AJ will have a field day if that is the case.

Because of the obscene amount of cardio that AJ does.

You simply cannot put that much muscle on if you do as much aerobic work as AJ does, not possible at all.

Why not? I'm guessing the cardio burns into the muscle building?
