Lads, they're all on performance emhancers of some sort, at various times of the year. Close the thread.
https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=112702611&page=1 Even in this thread in body building forums they are talking about a former mr Olympia. They all clearly said roids. Coleman was 258 in 2002 then 9months later 270. They all say steroids
It would be pure comedy if Miller pulls it off., most likely not but there is the possibility.......this site would be on suicide watch.
Yeah I get that, but a pound a month is very conservative...newbie gains would be much higher than that. In bodybuilding terms he’s tiny... Why does cardio effect muscle mass? Surely if you eat enough and still do weights you can maintain mass naturally? As long as you aren’t in deficit and eat the right macros.
Because it’s high level endurance, that’s why. You can’t serve multiple masters at the top level because something will suffer. Does Boxing, Cycling, Rowing, Conditioning, yet gains muscle? The ratios to muscle building are way off. People forget that after a certain period of lifting it is extremely hard to put so much muscle on. That’s without doing cardio too!
Course it is cant believe there was even discussion damn amount of hard work also though, Coleman for a Body Builder was lifting incredible weights at the time, he is paying for it big time now he can barely walk and has spent millions upon millions on back surgery. Not a single IFBB pro open class competitor is clean. AJ isnt big for a body builder im sure that if he was to go full time body building he would be hitting close to 285-290lbs its very rare to find a pro builder over 300lbs come competition time. So to be that size as a boxer suggest to me that he is on something. However no one can tell me that guy as big as Miller is can throw as many punches as I have seen in the past isnt using also.
You can look at two ways, either sky don't want to make AJ look bad or as a broadcaster they have due diligence to not promote spurious claims
Aj would have gotten his Newbie gains when he was 19/20 when he started the weights not when he turned pro IMO
Hmm...I’m sceptical... I’ve gained a lot of muscle from early 20s to 30s without really going to the gym, just general exercise and growing as I’ve got older... Currently training for a marathon and gaining muscle...granted I use a wheelchair so it’s a bit different to running but it’s still endurance... I may be oversimplifying it but if you’re eating right and still doing the weights I don’t see why you’d lose muscle/struggle to maintain/potentially grow. If you aren’t in a deficit then scientifically it doesn’t make sense that you’d lose weight just because you do a lot of cardio... I’m not saying AJ hasn’t taken peds...I’m just not convinced it isn’t possible... I imagine he pushes the boundaries in terms of what’s legal, so it won’t be completely natural anyway, which makes it all the more feasible to achieve those gains within the rules. He probably does use TUEs, look at the prevalence of asthma among cyclists...I’d be surprised if he’s doing anything outside of the rules though...
Have you always had to use a wheelchair or did something happen? Tell me to f*** off though mate if i’m being intrusive. Good luck with your training
Binned my moped when I was 17 and broke my back (sadly I can’t even say it was a motorbike but sure Eddie Hearn would find a way to spin it so it sounds cool ).
