Maybe boxing has not "Improve at all" There is the fight chain list. I am going to stick with the heavyweights as of now.

Sullivan lost to Corbett, but perhaps a in prime Sullivan beats Corbett??

Jack Dempsey did beat the next breed of heayweights with Jack Sharkey, So who knows how he would do????

Louis did give the Rock a pretty good fight even old??? Could Louis rule the 50's up to the 60's ete???

Ali did say the Rock would give him hell, So perhaps Marciano can complete with the later generations???

Holmes may of smash Ali in 81, but a prime Ali would be right there in the 80's and 90's.

Holyfiled in his prime would give Lewis a better run for his money imo, I also think he can complete, along with Tyson today.

Perhaps if Wlad was a bit younger could he beat Tyson Fury??

So perhaps Dempsey can complete today maybe?

Foreman's comeback really really needs to be in your nice little list as well.

Lineal titlist in 1973 and 1994, 21 years apart and it's an old as the hills dilapidated version to boot. At least 2 generations later. I think this more than anything speaks volumes for the ability of some from the 70's Era (for starters) to wreak absolute havoc in the 90's.

Yeah I completely skip over that lol. I was trying on how the old guard as old men did vs the next gen, and how in hell did I foget Foreman lol. But people still see George as a threat vs today, were they really dont have that view with Louis, Dempsey or Marciano.
