I recently pulled my back. It was maybe a week ago. Should I ice it or heat it? I've read both, and they're two completely different things. Which should I choose?
These two don't actually help it recover, they just give you some sort of relief. It's ice when it happens, and if it's a long term "injury", heat.
You pulled your back?? lol Now that you've had the injury for a while there's little you can do ... but let time heal it.
Yeah I was shadowboxing with weights. Anyway, thanks for the help. It just pisses me off since I imagine myself getting weaker every day from not training.
