Evening all! After a long debate with my managment at work, i have finally persuaded them to let me box again, im looking to get back into the ring after nearly 2 years, (however i have still been in the gym, working out etc) I work out every other day for 1 hour 1/2 I need someone to reccomend me a good diet to use, as i have put on abit of weight since being out of the ring (1 trousser size) i need to get back into shape for the ring. Any good diets, or food to eat, to help me lose that bit of weight?? i dont want to go to hard on myself, but a good enough diet that i will be able to notice changes! Cheers G
Your genius knows no ends. Are you a pothead? Seriously you remind of some potheads I've known. You enjoy crazy theories that have no basis in reality, you really enjoy action films and you have archaic and generalised views towards things like nutrition and training.
:rofl Yes, things are acidic or alkaline and that's a nice picture of an atom. Where would you like me to put your smiley sticker little champ?
I am saying that you are an idiot. Your advice is idiotic. Your magical ideas are idiotic. You are an idiot.
You said drink more eat less. That is stupid, general and potentially harmful advice. If he's going to be working out more frequently and at a higher intensity he is likely going to need to eat more aswell as drink more. If he wants to lose weight he needs to monitor carefully how much he is eating, take into account his activity level and lose it gradually.
Why single out cruiserweights? If they are intelligent they do it how I suggested, if they aren't they would do what you suggest and break down their bodies.
How did you calculate that they usually have the biggest weight to lose? Where am I finding the opposite of what you're saying? As I said before, you are an idiot. Eat less food? You don't know how much he eats now, his activity levels or his BMR. You are an idiot.
Okay then. You don't know what you're talking about, I've exposed every ******ed thing you've said in your short time here. Make sure you hang around here, it's nice to have a new idiot to poke with a stick.
lol was looking for a decent answer tbh mate, just some advice on what foods to maybe eat more often. but seems like you have been having a disagreement with a fellow esb member. Ill have a look around if noone can give me an answer! :good G

I hope you're joking. Near enough every diet that has a name is bull****. It really isn't that difficult to eat healthy food.
atsch To some it is... Both are so called 7 day diets that tell you what do eat and so forth. Many don't know of malnutrition or it´s causes
