    I always remember that Kennedy dude who was charged with **** in a similar "he said/she said" type situation right around that same time as Tyson...

    No I don't think he did. She left the hotel and midnight with a grown ass man. I don't think she could've been that nieve at 18(I think?). I'm pretty sure she had sex on her mind but on Tyson & Desiree really know what happened. Mike shouldn't have gone to jail for **** neither have Tupac for "raping" another girl but again we don't know what actually happened behind close doors in those situations.

    I think Tyson crossed a line that night; probably not for the first time either. Did he physically assault her or take her hostage? No. Did he take it further than she wanted to go? Obviously.

    of course Tyson should have went to jail for ****, everyone should go fo jail for that. But this not the case, it is whether he did **** her or not.

    tyson is an honest person,i believe on the whole he was and is a good person,maybe naive,imature even before,without proper care and direction after cus d'amato died.
