Tyson had a terrible defense in court. Vincent Fuller had been a good criminal lawyer, helping John Hinckley get off on an insanity plea. Hinckley was trying to kill President Reagan, he obviously only going to get one chance, here's a good idea, bring a .22 caliber to kill the president!! Apparently he was not only crazy, obsessed with Jodie Foster, but a complete idiot.

Fuller had done mostly taxes at that point. Their defense in court was something to the extent of "Tyson is a violent animal, the dumb girl should have known better". The prosecutor came up with an analogy like "you walk into a bad neighborhood at 4 am in the morning and you get robbed. Yeah that was a bad choice, but it's still a crime".

I have my "conspiracy theory" where Don King wanted Mike to go back to prison. Apparently Mike was unhappy with how long it was taking him to get another title shot. Here he is, one of the biggest stars in all of sports, and he has FOUR straight non-title fights. Maybe King figured Tyson would leave, and figured he could control him better if he was in the clink. Don King is far from an idiot. He is an extremely smart, shrewd individual. One lawyer who cross-examined him said that in all of his years of cross-examining people, which included the securities trader Michael Milken, that Don was by far the smartest he's ever examined. Don gets acquitted of cases and then sends the jurors tickets to his fights!! And he gives Tyson, his #1 guy, a lawyer with THIS sort of defense??

 

Desiree Washington had abrasions on her vagina that the examiner said was consistent with ****, but still possible (although unlikely) from consensual sex.

Mike could've been rough with her, and just has a big one. Apparently, the defense actually wanted to bring in evidence that Tyson has a 14-inch dick, which would explain the abrasions, but it is not allowed.

Tyson was getting sick of Don King not being able to get him a title shot. Think about it Tyson lost in 1990 and by 1992 still hadnt recieved a title shot even thought Holyfield Vs Tyson was THE fight everyone wanted.

Secondly Tyson went to prison with a pretty decent bank account...came out totally ****ing broke which is why he had to carry on fighting...where did all his money go while in prison???

As soon as Tyson loses to Holyfield, King throws him to the curb....talk about milking someone dry.

Nah, Tyson actually used the F word in court which the judge and jury didnt like, it basically painted him as a thug and ****** etc.

After that is performed the victim is then counseled by a trained clinician who also gathers forensic testimony and assesses the person for symptoms of emotional trauma that could lead to ptsd.

Had these things been done in this case? If yes, there can be little likelihood of anything being falsified by the victim.

 

people will beleive what they want to believe i guess. Poor Mike was from a good hood and was raised with love and affection.

sure,he exhibited some anger from time to time but it was all just an act to sell fights.

If Mike wanted sex and a woman couldnt be bought then i think hed be nice and be a gentleman about it too.:tired
