What Fury has done by not honoring his word to fight Wilder again, is not only blacken his own name but sadly has also disgraced Boxing's reputation and simultaneously given the sport a black eye, a bloody nose, busted and bruised lips.

I also find it amazing how much praise he's received for pulling out of the rematch. There are people celebrating Fury's cowardice. Celebrating and bragging about it as if there is was some moral victory achieved.. The boxing fans who have their agenda's, along with the EDL and BNP lovers out there, will never admit that their hero is disgrace. Bias, agenda and their blind love and devotion obstructs all attempts at objectivity. These are the kind of fanatics (or protectors as I like to call them) that if it were permissible, would jump in the ring, right in front of their hero and willingly ship punches for them in order to shield them from harm.

So I can partially understand their cognitive dissonance and the difficulty in coming to terms with the fact that Fury has now cemented himself as a complete bum hunting con artist who's revealed his real intentions which is going for the easy money fights against bums. This after affirming and lying through his bare teeth on multiple interviews, that he's not interested in money and is training for a rematch with the most feared HW. What I can't understand is the blatant double standards, dishonesty and hypocrisy

Can you imagine if Joshua or Wilder pulled such a stunt? Boy oh boy... there would be thread after thread, hour after hour, day after day of relentless ridicule, hate and mockery directed towards them for publicly refusing to fight their closest rival. You would never hear the end of it!

Personally It does not come to me as surprise to find that Fury lost his bottle, since this is something which I had predicted many months ago. Even in spite of so much vitriol and criticism directed my way, I was confident in my prediction where I revealed that Fury was terrified and would do his utmost to seek a way out of the rematch, similar to how he opted out of the rematch with Wlad. I had reasoned with many that he would instead, without hesitation and undivided attention duly listen and take heed to his wife and trainer's counsel. Both Paris Fury and Ben Davison played a key role in helping to convince and reafirm Fury's own deep held fears and belief that he had no business fighting the rematch after they both begged and pleaded with him never to go anywhere near Wilder ever again for the dangers he poses..

Fury understood that there was a very real danger he might not walk away in the rematch. Remember he has never been shy to reveal that he felt the fearsome deadly power of Wilde in the aftermath. In multiple interviews he has pointed to the fact that he was left with the harrowing fear that he may well have suffered brain damage from Wilder's punches.

His wife immediately thought he was dead on the canvas as she sat seated next to his brother at ringside, screaming ''he's not getting up back up;'' ''someone help him''. Days after the fight, Paris already revealed to the press that she had ordered Fury not fight Wilder as she never wished to be put her through that harrowing experience ever again

I’ve said no, I really do mean it,” she added. “I don’t think I could see it. I’ve told him no more fighting

Meanwhile we've witnessed new found footage of his trainer Ben Davison at ringside, panic stricken with clasped hands eyes closed, sweating and praying with his heart and soul that Fury would survive and get through that final round.

Looking at it from their perspective, you could reasonably argue and say that there is justifiable merit for avoiding Wilder since there may well have been a real possibility that he could have been Blackwelled. In affect the decision they now have undertaken may well have meant ducking death itself.

Had Fury openly admitted that he was simply concerned for his health and that is why he has no intention of fighting Wilder again, I would have respected him a hell lot more. However instead he has lied, weaseled and strung people a long believing he was preparing for a rematch, before brazenly gloating about his ducking.

And then there are the pathetic enabling excuse-makers from Fury's backslapping goons, which are shouted from the rooftops of social media

    - ''Fury has nothing to prove.''

    - ''Fury schooled( always emphasis on ''schooled'' to make it more emotive and believable) him and it would be the same in the rematch''

    - ''Everybody knows he won the first fight''

    - ''He schooled him and would have done it easily in the rematch''

If we are to go by that line of reasoning where we assume that fury won simply because he went the distance and heard the final bell, whilst the official ruling of the fight as a draw on their record is rendered dull and void in people's head , then we argue that the initial John Mcdermott fight was really a loss for Fury and he;s not really undefeated, since the consensus at the time was that it was only the biggest robberies in Britain after Mcdermott bullied and battered Fury from pillar to post.

There were also calls to suspend the referee in the fight Terrry O'Connor for lifting Fury's hand before the judge's decision were announced. Yet this fight and it's controversy has been conveniently blotted out We will see if these cultists have the mettle and integrity to apply the same line of reasoning that they have decided to adopt for the Wilder fight. What I expect to hear instead is nothing but deflection, excuses and ad hominem attacks for daring to question Fury

Care to place forth your own argument instead of lazily posting a video of a moron who believes Fury is giving Wilder a shot?

He's a con artist charlatan joke, with no integrity.

Fury only has courage when being the underdog and having nothing to lose.

He thought that throwing playing pitty patter punches, sticking his tongue out and putting his hands behind his back taunting all night combined with his overplayed fairy tale sob story would be enough to get him the decision. That's why he stepped in to fight Wilder. Thankfully the judges didn't fall for his garbage and gave him a generous draw.

In a rematch he knows Wilder will have sussed him out, be far more patient and will knock his head off his shoulders within the distance or worse

    Remember Fury saying

“Fury’s in the gym this morning, dreaming about Deontay Wilder. Sleeping, eating, and breathing Deontay Wilder. Don’t go to sleep on me. I’m going to bring in the New Year. You’re going to need more than a million judges to beat me next time, because the world knows the truth.”

Today it's ''make a name for yourself in America'' Meanwhile he's offering to fight unheard of bums.

An absolute shithouse coward that needs to be laughed out of boxing.

He took on Wilder when even his team didn't want him to, when nobody thought he was prepared, when he wasn't 100%. So there goes the 'coward' argument.

He already took the big risk so why shouldn't he make sure he is back to his best before the rematch?

And given he literally got robbed in the first fight, why should he not want better promotional backing this time and demand Wilder fights on 'his' network? Like his trainer said, they'd be called fools for going back there under the same circumstances and getting robbed again.

Finally, who cares if the rematch happens a fight or two down the road, the fact they're offering Wilder deals like this means they do intend to make it, it is a big money fight so it will get done. Will you call him a ducker if he fights Wilder again after interim fights? If so, it just exposes the fact people don't want the best Fury to face Wilder, they want Wilder to get to him before he's truly 100%.

    Fury Fanboyism 101:
    1. "He wasn't 100%" (aka he was a fat, coked out slob serving a PED suspension 12 months earlier)
    2. "He was robbed. " (It doesn't matter if it's unheard for a fighter to win a title after being floored in two separate rounds, or that the referee allowed him to continue after being knocked unconscious, or that punchstats were even.)
    3. Who cares if they aren't having a rematch?

Stopped reading after the first sentence, wilder has never honored his word ever. The fury fight happened after wilder agreedto fight aj thinking povetkin deal was done, when it was apparent it wasnt he slithered away back tracking on his word and cherry picked fury promising that he would fight the rematch in the uk. Wilder again back tracked on his word and refused to fight fury in the uk. Fury owes nothing to Wilder. Wilders fans like him are stupid and emotional, never seen a more entitled fighter and fanbase in my life. Had team Wilder been honorable and given fury a fair shake he wouldve won and the rematch clause wouldve been triggered and fury wilder 2 would be a done deal. So dont talk about honor. The nerve.

So my perspective is that Fury got a nice new deal and he is going with it.
Meaning he will do as told.
So I am giving him a pass at this moment.
    Because money talks
But **** him if he his following fight is BS as well.

You didn't read past the first sentence because you're a fanboy who will hear no bad word said about Fury and now decided to come up with a ridiculous false narrative in attempt to praise and justify Fury's cowardice.

What you have written is more bias agenda driven garbage which has no basis of truth in reality.

Wilder agreed to fight AJ on conditional offer to fight in September which was later changed by team AJ after later stating to Wilder's team that September date wasn't a viable option, telling them that Wembley wasn't available and the fight would clash with Canelo and GGG's fight in September.

After that is when Povetkin came into the picture because that was the plan all along.

Now you say had fury been offered a fair deal the rematch would have happened?

    Are you serious?

He was offered 50/50 contract before the ESPN deal was even proposed.

Fury never had any intention of taking part in a rematch with Wilder even though he said he had every intention to. He was stalling and looking for a way out and Bob Arum provided the perfect escape route for him where Fury could relinquish all responsibilty and hide before a tv network.

As for Honor, Fury lied about being in training to fight Wilder in a rematch, lied about donating his purse to charity, lied about being a fighting man, lied and bailed on Wladmir Klitschko and lied about his mental health to garner support amongst vunerable people when really he descended into a 2 year hiatus because he was waiting and expecting to be banned for using steroids.

He's a lying scumbag shithouse coward that deserves no praise and no excuses.

Fury already had his tune ups and was back to his best in their first encounter. Fury claims he is a fighting man and the best Heavyweight ever so yes he should be taking risks as that is what real legacy chasing fighters do

He initially fought Wilder because he was an underdog and it was a win win situation. There was absolutely no pressure for Fury to win or salvage anything out of the fight, he would be praised for simply participating. There was nothing to lose and everything to gain as had he been given an official lose, the excuses would have already been laid out for him, and still would be in contention for more big fights later down the line

Now there is expectations on his shoulders to deliver in a rematch, he doesn't want to know.

He pulled the same crap with Wladimir Klitschko, failing to turn up to pressers and bailing on the fight because he knew the pressure and expectation where he would be seen as favourite to repeat his first performance, would be too much to handle. And of course his roid scandal was hanging over his head

Lastly Fury did not get robbed, if he did he would be confident in a rematch and wouldn't be talking about any tune ups. His best moment in the fight was getting back up off the canvas after being knocked out. Quite the achievement for someone who was supposedly robbed after ''schooling'' their opponent.

Face it, Fury isn't fighting that rematch, that 12 round ko took his soul and all courage. He will fight bums for the rest of his career and live off sob stories and raising back up off the canvas as his greatest legacy defining moments whilst barking to anyone that will listen that he is the undefeated lineal champion even when he's never defended a title and should have 2 losses on his record and his victory over Wlad voided due to being on roids

Money talks? He would have earned a lot more off the rematch than any bum fight. So it’s clearly not money that’s issue.
