Hyper extensions come to mind like jimbo said. Then you can do different kinds of supermans. Possibly planks. I fyou're unaware of any of those just say so. I or someone else will describe.
If you have the equipment, hyper-extensions. If not, just lay on the floor and do Supermans. Make sure that when you pull off the ground, your even lifting your upper back a little bit so all of the pressure to lift your body is coming from your lower back. Should be feeling it around the top of your butt to lower-lower back when lifting your legs up.
