What were some of the worst decisions in mma history that you can remember or maybe just some that you personally had a big problem with? I remember really disagreeing with Lyoto Machida getting the victory over Shogun in their first fight. Shogun was chopping him down with kicks to the legs and the body to the point where he had red welts all over.
There is too many to mention. In mma and boxing it happens all the time. Carlos Condit ROBBED of the welterweight title against Lawler. Stephen Thompson outrageously robbed against Darren Till. Till only won 1 rd out of 5 imo. Stephen Thompson ROBBED in the 2nd Woodley fight. I thought their first fight was a draw. That is just a few but there is endless examples over the years in both sports.
I remember that Freddie Roach gave an interview where he said that Condit vs Lawler was one of the best mma fights he had ever seen, but he also mentioned that Condit should have won that. I think that fight kind of broke Condit's spirit. He never had the same passion for the sport after that.
I thought Reyes won that too, which is why I picked that French dude to beat him. Guess HW mma is same as boxing, no skill lol.
