I think Devin actually won the Loma fight but it was 7-5 either way. That fight was no where close to a robbery in my humble opinion it was razor thin, Devin winning that 12th cause Loma didn't come to win it, that decision lost him that round and that round lost him the fight so he can only blame himself.

I recently rewatched Lomachenko vs Haney without sound and without being as much of a Loma fan as I was when I first watched it, so I was amazed to find that I actually thought Haney won and won pretty clearly. Loma just wasn't working much consistent offence, Haney's long guard took away his jab for most of the fight, so Loma was forced to leap in with left hands that Haney could see more often and evade or counter. Loma couldn't find a consistent answer to Haney's jab or body attack, either. Haney controlled the pace of the fight and its geography; Loma really didn't want to fight on the back-foot but was forced backwards. Haney found an answer for Loma's aggression, jab, and angles, whereas Loma just couldn't seem to get a consistent offence going and was forced into pretty ineffective flurries. There was even loads of criticism about how Loma wasn't awarded the 10th on one judges' scorecard and I honestly thought it was a close round and not that egregious to give to Haney, or at the very least not something to get furious over.

I thought the draw between Hagler and Antuofermo was legit. Hagler underperformed, took rounds off, and was forced into fighting Vito's fight for large stretches of the fight. Vito was his usual relentless self and was always pushing the pace and letting his hands go. I had it a draw but the even round I did have I thought Vito probably did better in. Cracking fight though.

I had Andre Ward beating Kovalev by a point. Kovalev got out to a tremendous start but Ward started figuring him out after the 4th or so iirc. I just thought Ward outboxed Kovalev and came on strong down the stretch.

Usually agree with you but idk about this man. Loma's flurries were way more effective then anything Haney was landing he was regularly snapping Haney's head back with punches whereas Haney's punches barely affected Loma. Agree to disagree though

Each one of Loma's defeats, people just like the man too much

Fury beat Ngannou. Barely, but he did.

    Chavez D Whitaker

I had Chavez winning a close but clear decision. An unnecessary blemish upon Culiacan's favorite son.
