Im using GNC AMP protein powder with Almond Milk (since I can't do dairy) but after I seem to end up with terrible gas that borders on chemical warfare. I need the extra calories so I don't want to stop but was wondering if anyone else has experience this and if so will my body adjust or any idea on reducing it. Thanks

Just try different brands. It could be any number of things in the ingredients. People often report more or less gas with certain brands. Maybe try a protein isolate - costs more, but you can use less so it somewhat offsets the higher price. And don't go buying a 5 lb tub unless you know you can tolerate it.

I would get it from food sources if I were you! Ease yourself into it! Slowly increase the intake! Rome wasn't built in one day!

4 scoops....no wonder. I've never taken that amount before.
I'm sure 4 scoops of anything would give you gas....lol.

Glad to hear your "essence" is under control.
