Does anyone know anything that would help my bad joints. My right wrist is sore most of the time although not really during Boxing(mostly after) and always cracks loudly, my left wrist does the same thing but it doesn't really hurt.

Also, Whenever I punch I can feel my shoulders cracking although it doesn't hurt but it doesn't sound normal either.

Anyone know why this is happening or any treatments to help it?

buy new gloves? maybe your punch technique could be improved?* take multi vitamins....and do some knuckle pushups with handwraps on.

Thanks for finally replying, I'll take your advice and hope it works before it gets serious.

Are you warming up before hitting the bag? Sounds like your joints aren't ready for the high intensity, hence the cracking.

It's fine when I hit the bags and during boxing in the gym because I warm up but sometimes I'll just do a bit of shadow boxing at my house and that is when they crack. ( and sometimes when I just lift my arm up to get things off a shelf etc.) I usually do a shorter warm up at home is that why?

    Joints come under inflammatory.

    Omega-6 is a pro-inflammatory fatty acid and Omega-3 is an anti-inflammatory.

Just means you won’t heal when cut if you take in too much Omega 3.

A course of Glucosamine for a couple of month, should help.

From the fact you stated that it was fine on bags, but cracked during shadow Boxing it could be due to your "return" muscles not being quite strong enough in your shoulders. You may want to add pullups/chinups to your workout and more shadow Boxing.

The wrist issues? That can be grip strength and/or technique. Make sure you have a few workouts where you work the bags slow and focus on tight fists and perfect wrists.

Your joints? That is a tough one. People mentioned glucosamine, fatty acids, and water. Other than that? You are who you are and we all have various challenges. Good luck.
