Bad News Berto will make Shane Mosley look foolish

When exactly did Berto develop the masterful outside boxing game you guys are describing? He has fast hands, that is it. Not even powerful fast hands.

Shane has seen fast hands before.

yes and with crushing power.

 

Maybe not. But don't sleep on Nazim Richardson, him and Shane are a dangerous combo, and he is going to have Shane very, very aware of every single mistake Berto makes. If I was a Berto fan, that would make me nervous.

 

All depends how well Berto and also Mosley move. Berto can sometimes get flat footed and has to compensate with a lot of holding in close. Everybody knows he can't beat Shane in a firefight, he hasn't got the durability, probably not the power of Mosley, nor is he as battle hardened and experienced in that situation.

If he could hinge his gameplan around movement and using his advantage in handspeed, tieing up Shane when he gets in close (he'd also neeed a patient ref) then there is a way to make this fight close. It would have to be a 'boring' fight for Berto to win but he wouldn't care about that of course.

 

I think Berto can absolutely pull off the upset but Sugar Shane is just a class above.

 

You people are all foolish. Mosley has trouble with boxer punchers with great jabs ala Forrest cotto and winky. Bertos jab is non existant and is a poor boxer puncher. Collazo exposed that.
