That's even without the hilarity of comparing Kellerman to Larry Holmes!

 

I like Larry Merchant. He is being inducted into the Intl boxing Hall of Fame this year and I will be there rooting him on.

Kellerman should be in the Intl Boxing Hall of LAME(oh snnnnnnnap)

 

Larry is still a good commentator even at age 80 altough Kellerman is growing and will seemingly replace him fulltime very good.

 

Honestly I don't think Merchant has gotten any worse at this. He has been the same old Larry the last times I have seen him.

Let him cover fights until he can't do so anymore.

Max will have his time but I don't ever look forward to see him cover fights as I do Larry.

 

Kellerman will get let go from HBO just like ESPN let him go and FOX fired him.

He ruins EVERYTHING he touches.

Kellerman is an unqualified joke.

Kellerman sucks, but Merchant is totally shot and is a complete, cynical A-hole! The less either speaks, the better. Kellerman never had it, and Merchant is past it!

Then again, we could be tortured by Teddy Atlas or the terrible Sho-box commentators. HBO is still a hell of a lot better than the other networks!

 

Nothing like listening to them whine like bitches about any British fighter!

 

Larry is the man.Hell,i'm usually plastered by the time the fights starts anyway so i have no problem with old larry. Max doesnt do much for me,just seems out of place with those bug eyes and screeche voice.I guess its like the old saying,its who you know not what you know.

i can't stand kellerman. at least merchant is funny to watch/listen to. max is just a huge d-bag. they honestly can't find someone decent to fill merchant's spot?
