Obviously Tysons corner vs Douglas was worthless, they didnt even have an enswell

Taylors corner telling him to fight the 12th round vs chavez

Here some smaller ones that came to mind randomly:
Juan diaz corner actually opened his cut wider by wiping it with a rough looking towel vs JMM

Nacho beristain accidentally "fished" a piece of tissue out of JMMs cut eye in the second Pacquiao fight

    Some others:
Cottos uncle supposedly not sending anyone to watch Antonio Margaritos handwrapping.

Shane Mosleys Dad was basically useless as a cornerman. Not knowing what round it was, telling him non technical advice like have fun in there(when hes losing a fight)

During the Danny Lopez v Shig Fukuyama fight Danny picked up a cut and between rounds 8 and 9, Lopez' manager Howie Steindler quite literally spilled a bottle of solution used to treat cuts into his eye and Lopez could not continue. An unfortunate ending to a great fight. But a bad mistake for something that Howie must have done a thousand times in the past.

Hagler's corner allowing him to start the Leonard fight all wrong.

Balboa not throwing the damn towel - James Brown didn't perform so well to see that ish.

Ken Norton's corner not telling him to go all out in the last round vs Ali in their third fight.

Leon Spinks' corner rotating different people in at the end of each round, resulting in chaos in his rematch with Ali.

Never cared much for the job Trinidad sr did for Felix. What was it like the 11th round when he stated they "might be" behind in the fight with Winky? Previous to that he was landing like 5 punches a round?

Yes Trinidad sr wasnt much use in the corner. It appears to me these fathers might be able to prepare their sons in the gym but seem to make the wrong decisions in big fights in terms of the instructions they give

I was present at Margarito's hand wrapping it was well supervised. There was nothing illegal whatsoever .
It was just Quitto Cotto trying to find an excuse for quitting on his knees. Antonio Margarito legitimately beat his butt good

I had heard that Barney Eastwood tried to make Herol Graham fight in a more aggressive style in his first bout with Sumbu Kalambay. As we all know, this backfired. Why tamper with a first class formula?

Reynoso telling Canelo "Saul! You can't knock this guy out!" just before the 12th round against Bivol....

I mean, did it really take them that long to discover Canelo couldn't KO Bivol? Were they THAT inept/overconfident? It was obvious Canelo couldn't knock the guy out midway through the fight wherein he had managed to land direct hits and Bivol was largely unbothered by them, so what was the point in continuing the same failed strategy??

Any trainer with common sense by that point would've said you know what, KO'ing won't work so lets try plan B. It gets worse when you consider Canelo and Reynoso were quite known for changing up their tactics on the fly, yet did not even attempt to do so here.

Well they were probably hoping to wear him down, trying to maybe bust up his arm like they did with smith, then take him out to the head once he drops his hands.
Yes they should have noticed it wasnt going to happen by round 9/10

After Kambosos dropped Lopez in the first, lopez’ dad was simultaneously telling him to calm down and stop fighting so wildly, and also that kambosos was nothing and go to knock him out already

CJ I want to believe you but it remains to be seen what caused the "thuds" in Margarito punches in Cotto one? I'm not saying Cotto s an angel either, but maybe Margarito coulda kicked his arse if it wasn't for his eye.

Foreman's corner in Kinshasha telling him to keep on hitting Ali as he was being rope-a-doped.

Perhaps Hagler’s corner not trying to properly ignite Marvin during the course of the fight v Leonard - though it might’ve been as good as it possibly could be for Hags at that stage of his career anyway.
