I'm a tall guy and have a big problem hunch over all the time.

Even when I remember to stand up straight, 5 minutes later I'm hunched over again

Any tips or exercises I can do to correct this problem?

Lat pull downs bro and any rear deltoid/traps exercises.

Strengthen those and you will stand up straight naturally not even having to think about it

Bad posture starts in relation to where the position of the Jaw is.

Upper back pulling, stop doing sit ups, give yourself a double chin when you're doing pulling exercises.

:think, could you expand on that? under bite vs over bite, too far to the right or too far to the left.

Are you familiar with Neo Reichian therapy aka orgone therapy aka energized hypnosis?

Bits of it, its interesting that a lot of big football clubs, dont sign players if undershot or over, as it affects balance. Im talking position of the oral cavity, as regards movement. Relationship of the head as regards everything to do with motion. Body is there, to move it. Not the other way round.

Problem with balance and posture, is we have a dominant side through eyes. Unless youre the guy with perfect vision, you are the one in 33 million. We have a dominant eye which receives our peripheral vision, the lesser eye sees depth and distance, and is usually more short sighted than the dominant eye. Over time through the habits of movement the body becomes unbalanced, then we have a problem, theres ways to overcome it, usually means Stretching.

Does the "corrective stretching" include stretching of the face in a specific way? (Eyes, nose, lips, tongue, forehead, jaw and the rest).

Would love to try some of the exercises

Nearly all bio mechanical, problems start at your, centre of gravity, Hips, bottom of your spine. Brought on by gait, so with the body working all or nothing, there becomes a problem.

What a load of ****. It's the slumped forward posture due to weak upper back muscles/over developed muscles at the front, that results in the head hanging forward. It's easily fixed and it certainly doesn't start at the head. Educate yourself and stop repeating this nonsense.
