Plus knowing where the feel is coming from, helps.

So instead of giving us an example, maybe some good drills or something you continue to not? I don't get that my man.

There's no point in doing drills if you don't understand basic principles of movement, your drills then just reinforce poor movement patterns. You need to understand basic movement and feel it yourself, you vary the tempo and intensity of the movements to give lots of feedback to your brain. Mindlessly going through drills isn't going to do anything for your learning. Better to think about what you're doing, feel what is right and wrong, and freestyle your movements and tempo (as you would in a fight).
Drills are for athletes who already have everything down and want to reinforce a particular thing. Oh, and for people who like to think that drills make them a serious athlete.

Well yes, but you're making connections between things that don't exist. You're just saying it to stroke yourself off over something that somebody uneducated has told you. Do you ever question the validity of your beliefs, do some investigation with a critical mind? Because you have a poor understanding of basic neuro and musculoskeletal anatomy. The things you're saying are rooted in pseudoscience and 'alternative' ideas that sound a lot like chiropractor/Osteopathic nonsense.

Yeah we don't believe you, heard that line from you many times before. What industry is that? I don't know many knowledgable people in their fields who wouldn't give someone the time of the day. For example I take the time to talk to you and explain basic things to you.

No seriously, what industry? Because if they are involved with sport in anyway it's likely I know them.

Death-with I'm national champ and on the national team who are you? I know s**** before my 13th fight and he has helped me out a lot for example before s**** I had no power and new nothing about using the ground to achieve weight transference. The big help was learning to use the toes to achieve power, plus learning to drop as I punch it's complicated but it does protect the chin against counters. The other thing he taught was balance in elevation of the heels. Then how to take a step backward to get a level change, that movement won me the national title.

My buddy @yuzo dropped this on me in relation to weight transference

on a see-saw the thing at its center, its pivot point, is its fulcrum. in boxing your leg is your fulcrum and your body weight pivots over it. when you throw a right hand, you transfer your body weight over your front leg, your fulcrum, your pivot point that moves your body weight over and into what you are hitting.

press down firmly on your front foot to brace the muscles in your entire front leg planting your front leg down hard into the ground and in the same motion rotate your hips and move your body weight over your front leg and into what you are hitting.

how do you do that as fast as ray? when god asks everyone who wants to be sugar ray leonard you have to raise your hand before ray does.

"Yuzo how do you roll your shoulders as quickly as ray did? "
