For something to be whipping the previous segments need to be stopping, if you're pivoting with the left unless your balance is perfect then you're losing stiffness/energy there. Hence why almost every decent puncher doesn't pivot when they throw hooks. But you know better obviously.

Are the heels lined up? S**** has been saying that they are lined up and that this is the starting position to throw hard hard hooks. for years he has been saying this. An example is George foreman who s**** says has horrible technique for not lining up the heels.

All the fighters you mentioned there, are backfoot fighters, they dont put weight over the Heel. If they did, when punching their heads would move forward, plus lots of their power, would go through the heel not the fist, simple mechanics. Plus my favorite fighters 2 of them, work the same principles as i teach. Im come to the conclusion, you havent a clue of what you are talking about, you have no understanding of what you read in your books, mind ive met a few of them. :D

If the head, stays where it should be, that controls the whip, with the help of the knee.

Why would a fighters head come forward? That only happens when you lean into a punch. All of those fighters plant their lead heel when they punch so I don't know what you're talking about. It's there for everybody to see.

Throwing a left hook, optimally you'd transfer your weight over your front leg, then throw.

I know this is hard for a lot of you.

Plus when throwing the hook with weight on the front heel, the knee doesnt stand a chance against injury.

S**** been working with a trainer both on the mitts and bag and twisting off the front foot isn't a harder punch, maybe you could say what my trainer said which is you don't care about power, just only worry about getting hit. Do you really believe that your punch is harder?

Anyone who thinks punching power isnt important, wants to look at themselves.Anyone that doesn't understand that its joints that move you, and they work all or nothing do to.

And yet every fighter does it.... You are far more Iikely to injure your knee if the heel is off the ground, that is exactly how knee injuries happen (whether in resistance training or on the field). Of course if you knew the first thing about anything you'd know that.

Then why do you teach fighters to prance around on their toes? If the front foot isn't planted you cannot produce serious power. Again, look at any fighter who can punch. There's a reason why they call it 'sitting down' on a punch. And shut up about your all or nothing ****, go become a chiropractor if you want to indulge in pseudoscientific nonsense.

So how can I move with the heel on the ground. Only time that can occur is pushing weights or playing darts. you have to raise the heel to move.

They are on the ***** of their feet not prancing about, siting down is bending the knees, not the back, putting you of balance, off balance stops you punching hard, you obviously dont understand movement. Certainly k now nothing about boxing that is for sure, or dont understand what you are looking at. :D
