When it's over you might find you can fight in a lighter weight class.

Don't go. No point in making other people sick. Plus you are already de-hydrated from having a stomach bug. Rest will get you better, boxing won't. Drink plenty of fluids and stay rested.

I had to miss a session last week also same thing I hate missing sessions but im rushing to the bathroom every 10-15 minutes.
I want to prove myself to be a prospect to my trainer thats why I hate missing sessions
is it best to not go and then explain to the trainer why i could not come

I'm not trying to insult you by saying this, but you sound like a child.

If you're ill and feel like you can't train, don't train. Next time you see your coach explain why you didn't go. Maybe phone him now and let him know if that'll make you feel better.

AHussain, your taking this too serious bro, just go when you can and enjoy your training. Take one step at a time, forget about trying to compete or impressing coach etc..

Work on basic skills and perfect them as best you can. Lets be serious here what are the chances you making it to amateurs? You started too late, not a bad thing but don't get hopes up too much then feel bad here in the forum because you cant do certain things.

Sorry to sound harsh dude, not trying to put you down or anything, but boxing is no joke and you either have to start very young to build solid foundation or be naturally gifted if starting out late.

My advice is just enjoy your training, improve what you can and don't be concerned about impressing anyone.

    Thank you
I love training the thrill of fighting I enjoy it so much. I am working on so many flaws I have flaws everywhere footwork, slipping punches, setting up punches the basics I lack but I will continue to work hard
You do not sound harsh you speak reality and thats good to sometimes get a reality check and wake up
