So this happened back a year ago. I was throwing punches on the bag and the next day I found that I could not lift my left arm. Got it checked out and turns out it was a rotator cuff sprain. Could not do anything for a month and a half, might have even been two months. It was pretty bad.

I remember buddy mcgirt talking about how his left arm is a lexus, when it used to be a lamborghini. Maybe he was talking about a debilitating shoulder injury.

So what I'm wondering is, will my left arm ever reach its potential? And what is this cracking and popping noise I hear when I move my arm up high?

Anyhow anyone with some insight care to share their opinions?
    Yes I am a hypochondriac.

Go see a professional. Nobody can tell you what is wrong with your shoulder and what your potential is on an Internet forum.

damn man been there done that. I was out for months because of my rotator cuff. See a doctor and when it gets better look up rehab stuff you can do.
Mine gets tweaked every now and then and I'll go and do the workouts for it and you'll feel a big difference the next few days
