Badou Jack should be 24-1. He clearly beat Bute and they called it a draw, until Bute was popped for peds. He beat Periban 8-4 and they called it a draw. Degale fight was very close but I had Jack winning it coming on strong late in the fight.

The Bute, DeGale and Groves fights could all be ruled a draw. He's a competent but underwhelming fighter who overperforms when people think he's going to lose, and give him more credit for his performances than he deserves.

I saw the Bute, and Groves fight as clear wins, i remember going for Groves in that fight. But Degale was very close.

I'm pretty sure that if he had been American, his record should be 24-1 right now.

But that also counts for a lot of others that have that pesky nationality of theirs getting in the way.

Yeah he should be 24-1. 24-1 to beat Stevenson on Saturday because he has no chance against my G Adonis. Adonis is going to spark this guy silly.

Can't believe Stevenson is actually fighting... surreal.

That's not that weird at all, because he does that every 11 or so months.
FIghting a top10 opponent in his weightclass though, that has to be the first time since winning the belt. (to be fair, Fonfara made it into the top10 inbetween Stevenson fights)

I scored those for him. I felt he beat DeGale close but relatively clear in round count and that he no question beat Bute. Not sure what there is to dislike about Jack but some folks seem intent on doing so. I have picked against him and been wrong multiple times. I am picking him to beat Adonis on Saturday (and might actually be a little sad if I'm wrong with the pick yet again).

And if he was Mexican he'd be 25-2, with the 2 being failed drug tests.

    Ha! Joking.

I was at the Periban fight and I was scared he was going to lose before they announced the scores. Bute was close, I had Jack winning against DeGale but it was close, if it wasn’t for the kd in the last round I would been ok with a draw. I was at the Groves fight also and that was really close as well.

Yeah Groves fight was clear. I remember betting all my v-cash on Groves and losing it all. Groves was still recovering from that Froch loss though. The fight would be closer now.

I still think Jack was very lucky to get the draw against DeGale. Despite coming on strong in the late rounds I think Jack took to long to get started in that fight.

Groves, DeGale and Bute were extremely close fights. Nothing wrong with a draw or a close decion on the cards.
    Never seen the Periban fight.

I had him beating Bute and Degale. Don't recall the Groves fight, might not have watched it.
