Now we've seen Jack successfully defend his title against George Groves how do people think he would fair against the winner of smith/fielding, not saying they'd walk straight into a fight with him but I imagine that's the route they will look to go down eventually

how would everyone have that one?

I underestimated Jack before the Groves fight. Fully expected George to bang him out in about 5 rounds, but George couldn't even noticeably hurt him. His stamina and ability to game plan were also good.

I'd have him a huge, heavy odds-on favourite against Fielding and pretty clear favourite to beat Smith too.

A lot of people under estimated Jack... and also invented this theory that his KO1 defeat came against a journeyman?

Derek Edwards has a 27-5 record, not exactly shabby and to be fair his defeats been against good company... his only KO losses were to Adonis Stevenson & Korobov.

Badou Jack had never been down or stopped amateur or pro (this is what I heard before the Groves fight anyway) before that shot Edwards caught him with and if you've seen the shot, you'll know exactly what a perfectly timed right hand it was (literally could not have threw it or timed it any better) and Jack didn't see it coming. That added to the fact that it was in the first round so in a sense, Jack walked onto it cold.

A lot of people were sleeping on Jack!

That said, I scored it to Groves on the night by 1 round. Can't have any issues with Jack getting the nod though, it was a close fight and when your fighting the champ in his back yard (or in Jack's case, adopted back yard) you have to rip that title away and Groves simply didn't do that.

I'd have Jack favourite to beat both Smith & Fielding.

Callum Smith when fight happens next year will beat him in a close fight. I expect Smith to have 2 more fights before they meet and he will go up another notch by then.

No way is Callum or Rocky boxing him unless they go over to the States.
