Take away the last KD and you see the bigger picture.. even with both KDs Degale edged it..

Jack won that fight, same as Kovalev won his fight. It's disappointing seeing this happen in big fights

At one time I used to vigorously defend my scorecards but over time I've come to realise the futility of it all. My card means nothing at all.

For me if a fight is close or controversial, have a rematch to settle the score. That way everyone wins.

I don't know if we had the same TV feed but here in the U.K. Between rounds the referee went over to DeGales corner to warn him about the gum shield coming after the second time and Jimmy Mac said "he isn't spitting it out, he has lost his teeth"

I hope he does get his teeth fixed in the US, American dentists are the finest.

they need to fire dave bontempo the commentator. Calls a fight like he's telling a bedtime story.

I think it's partly that and partly him just being an absolute coward. He was away from home so the security detail wasn't his and he looked intimidated in there.

There's been a few examples of Eddie's usually smug demeanour making way for fear recently the most notable example being his squeaky voice when Chisora had a go at him for not saying anything to Whyte about his threats. I suggest he starts wearing brown suits from here on out

Jack should push for the rematch.
    He had him figured out

    Lets get this straight.

A man knocked his opponents teeth out, out worked him, and had in holding on for dear life in the final round after knocking him down heavily where he struggled to beat the count, yet we are to believe it was a draw.

Boxing is round by round innit.

The two kd cancel each other out, so that leaves 10 other rounds. Jack dominated round 8 but the rest were very close rounds with nothing in them.

I agree, I think it was also Mayweather, Hearn looks like a love struck teenager when he is near Mayweather, Hearn just stood there grinning like an idiot tonight, yeah you're right now I'm remembering it, it looked awful, poor DeGale had to say to Hearn "say something Ed".

I agree, it looked bad and when the dust settles I don't think DeGale will be too pleased with Hearn.

The Chisora thing was amazing, still makes me chuckle when I see it.

DeGale, as good as he is, has showed that his inconsistent behavior will prevent him from becoming a great fighter, while Jack has showed that he is a student of his craft besides the lack of talent or athleticism.
DeGale might be the better fighter, but he let Jack do his stuff to create an exciting but close fight and while i think that in the rematch DeGale could easily do it better, i doubt he will do it better in a rematch, he's just too inconsistent.
