Yes it was grotesque and was about to post a thread on it myself, considering I don't know how any ref or doctor could look at that and think the fight didn't need to be stopped. Tony Weeks looked like he had been inside a slaughterhouse and bathed himself in animals blood. Zoom in on the image and you're surprised you can't see his brain, the cut is so deep and ghastly.
Probably the worst cut I've seen, after one particular Browne left hand it literally looked like someone threw a bucket of blood in his face & Browne stepped back. Jack was a classy loser too despite the injury.
Looks like someone threw an axe in his head. Absolute gent and he has a huge heart to battle on through with a cut that severe but that fight really should've been stopped. Jack looked really poor last night too, he looked slow, crude, and was lunging in like an amateur loading up on everything. Browne boxed well but he had 7lbs on Jack (192 to 185) and yet again was allowed to hold like an octopus. Shame a class act like Jack had to lose to that horrible weasel of a man.
