All judges scored Floyd in 3 and 12 because Floyd won those rounds.

They're up there with the best judges in the business too.

Worth a look at their report cards for anyone screaming conspiracy.

He showed great movement and fed Pac jabs, right hands and check hooks all nite long.
See Pac's face after the fight.
Did anybody ask him if he got the number of that ruck.

That sounds great and all, but fyi everybody knows that Manny's strength is power punching, not jabbing. Early on in the fight though I do remember a few nice right hand jabs getting through Mayweather's guard and landing flush.

As far as 73% of of his power punches missing, well generally people don't a lot of power punches on Floyd because he's so hard to hit, so compared to other Floyd opponents that's not really anything to write home about.

Again I think the idea that people cite these highly questionable punch states are insane. Literally you are basing your arguments on punch stat numbers that are never verified or even checked. Boxing is scored on a round by round basis so while what you say sounds good, by itself those numbers don't mean anything.

Round 12 both guys were tired and neither guy really did anything significant but Floyd did slightly more than nothing so giving him that round is fine with me. Round 3 was a Floyd round as well IIRC.

I had round 2, 4, and 6 for Pac and 1, 3, and 5 for Floyd. 7 and 8 were given to Floyd but really they were even. Rounds 8-10 you could make the argument Pac won IIRC, they were back and forth from what I remember. Round 11 was even as well but since Pacquiao didn't do anything significant as expected Floyd will probably get the benefit of the doubt in a round like that.

Manny's strength is not "power punching". His strength is volume punching.

He landed an average of under 6.75 punches per round - in total. That tells you all you need to know.

I don't make my entire judgement on it, I judge the fight as it happens and if the numbers tie-in with what I witnessed with my own eyes then they're worthy of citing.

As for the round-by-round basis - I agree, but that just makes things worse on the stats. Manny landed the majority of his punches in 2 rounds.

I'll have to watch it again but neither guy did much that round and both guys seemed exhausted.

by the way, I think the buildup for the fight was more mentally draining than most fights are physically draining.

Neither guy landed anything really but one guy was coming forward and the other was running badly even by floyds standards

I had it 8-4 floyd but thought it was closer than most

I gave Manny the 4th and the 12th, the 6th was a close round and the 10th also. So I had it 118-110. I could understand 116-112. I can't beleive anyone could think Manny won if they understand how to score a fight.

What I'm wondering was how 2 of the 3 judges scored 9 and 10 for Manny.

I'm not even arguing those as Pac rounds. From what I remember (only watched it once live) I was fine with those being Floyd rounds. My only point was that they were not exactly dominant rounds for either guy compared to the early rounds.

Pac won the 12th unless you gave it to floyd for just being in the ring cuz he threw nothing , landed nothing and was running badly even by his standards.

If you gave floyd the 12th find a new sport cuz you DKSAB
