    Well the first step is proper stance. If your right handed you need your left foot foward with your toes pointed diagonally towards the bag. Your right foot should be on the the ball of the foot, to ensure that max power is utilized. movements are key head movements and feints are good to practice, circle left and right to get use to strenghthening overall training. always breathe, steadily.elbows should always be close to sides. hands should be trained to return to return to your chin after every punch. i recommend 3 min per round 1 min rest with 4 rounds. punching power comes from the hips and shoulders. the more shoulder you put in the more power. combos are also key in training. double left hooks to the body and head. left hook left uppers to the body. its very good to develop your left to ensure your powerful in both hands. remember chin tucked hands up good combos breathe circle bag and your set with the basics.:thumbsup

    you really think you should be trying to teach boxing after only boxing for five months?
