Bailey back injury KOs Alexander fight

    IBF welterweight champion Randall Bailey has reportedly suffered a back injury forcing the postponement of his September 8 title defense against Devon Alexander in Las Vegas. Bailey-Alexander will likely be rescheduled for late October. The September 8 card/Showtime telecast is expected to go ahead with Lucas Matthysse vs. Ajose Olusegun as the new headliner.

    It could be worse at least we still get to see Mathysse do his thing, just hoping this doesnt happen to other upcoming fights.

    Not too fussed about this, to be honest. Was gonna' be a **** fight anyway. Alexander was just going to 'hah! hah! hah!' his way to a UD.
