After the Kotelnik and Matthysse fights, you can't blame him.

Noone else would fight him so he made it clear that he was cashing out by deciding to fight Alexander in the first place. Bailey's well within his rights to haggle a bit on the venue...

IMO he made up for that against Matthysse. He took a pounding in that fight when you watch it closely ( i actually thought he lost that one by a few rounds) but his heart shouldn't be in question at all after seeing that. He got up from a knockdown (the first in his career) and was taking some damaging bombs consistently. Most junior welter's wouldn't stand up to those kind of punches after 10 rounds against Matthysse.

Bailey landed 2 punches in his last fight, they were enough to end the fight against the glass jawed fighter he was facing. There is no way in hell he is going to win a decision. At his prime, he landed bombs on a 140 Cotto, and got completely owned. This guy falls a part if he can't hurt you.

    Live from Tuskegee Mississippi..:verysad

I'm not racist but Alexander is not Vegas material.

I liked your Oakland idea it makes the most sense since it has a huge black fan base..

i'm just dreaming. we already got two title fights with the main event and john molina and demarco. if promoters really cared about the sport they'd give us three title fight cards.
