Cute how Farhood tried to pretend like one of those "wins" over Kovalev, wasn't one of the most disputed calls of the last decade.

    Arias-Green is a tough call.

Both are smaller HWs. In fact, Green has been a CW more recently. He stopped Taylor Duerr by 2nd round KO and stopped Samuel Clarkson by 6th round KO (a fight in which Clarkson weighted in substantially over the CW limit) in the past year.

Those are reasonable achievements but earlier he barely managed to grind out a UD win over Stivens Bujaj at CW. That win was at least midly controversial and Bujaj was beaten soundly both times he attempted to step up to the top-tier in CW.

Arias isn't getting to the top of the HW division, but he's definitely got the edge in experience at HW. So I will pick him to win.

Nothing against either fighter, but it's hard to really see this fight as broadcast-worthy.

Just because Simiso died the other day, doesn't mean everyone who's getting touched up a little too much, is going to be the next victim. I've noticed every time one of these tragedies happen, the quick stoppages pick up. Although I'm certainly not debating the outcome of this fight.

Chaney has some of the worst instincts of how-to-finish or how-not-to-finish a fighter. Joseph Parker not excepted.

For the record Chaney went down against Santino Turnbow and John Bladon (twice).

Davtaev had the repuation of being a big puncher. But look at who he had been fighting

    Keith Barr (!)
    Daniel Martz (!!)
Pedro Otas (!!! - and probably old enough to be Luis Ortiz's babysitter!)
    Richard Carmack (!!!!)

Fair play to Mulowayi for exposing Davtaev - but Jalolov is levels better. I don't see this going past Round 4.

Arias could be a lot more effective if he set his feet more and stopped the unnecessary head movement.

Tompkins and Marquez vastly overstating the success of Green here, it's crystal clear whose dick they're riding.

Round 3: 10-9 Arias but barely the announcers are acting like he's really outclassing green but green is doing some good work too

Green doesn't appear to be in great shape.
