Jalolov is advancing the state of the art.

 

Round 3: 10-9 Jalolov. He looks good but I also would like to see him against a guy with a good jab.

Side note: Guys with initials "BJ" probably shouldnt put them right above their crotch on their boxing trunks.

 

Jalolov has ridiculous foot speed. He puts Fury to shame

 

Agreed, but I wouldn't want to be the guy to have to point that out to Jalolov.

 

Really impressed with Jalolov, looks relaxed and fluid with his offense and his feet allow him to get in and out of range without being touched.
His left cross also carries a lot of pop and Mulowayi clearly doesn't want to commit to anything out of fear of being countered with it.

 

Round 4: 9-9. Jalolov round but kinda bs point deduction esp since there was no warning and ref didnt take a point for that blatant rabbit punch by Mulowayi

 

BS he should have at least gotten a warning. And what about the rabbit punching

 

Round 5: 10-9 Jalolov. Dunno if I've ever seen a fight get 5 rounds in with one guy not landing a single clean power punch.

 

Jalolov banking rounds, but in fairness to Mulowayi he's not letting Jalolov land his best stuff and Mulowayi didn't hurt Davtaev until round 8. It's reasonable for Jalolov to continue doing what he's doing.

 

Round 6: 10-8 Jalolov. Knockdown right at the bell

I'd like to see Jalolov develop a more diverse array of punches. He's a little too 1-2 reliant. He really does a great job fighting to his strengths, tho.

 

He's definitely fighting that eastern european style but he does do some good body work too
