How about Otto Wallin for a next opponent?

He's a really skillful boxer and it doesn't seem easy to get to his chin. Otto's career seems to have stalled following the Whyte drama, so it's plausible to me that he would take that fight.

Jalolov has settled in California, so it seems like he will be operating out of N. America for at least the immediate future.

He gives me Joseph Parker vibes. Extremely good when he's at his range and in his element but tends to pause and let off the gas when in an unfamiliar situation. Also seems very risk adverse. Can throw fast hard combinations but won't do it even with a hurt and outclassed opponent in front of him unless he's absolutely sure he won't get countered. I think Parker was a bit more explosive at this point of his career.

Jalolov extremely one-note. Reminds me of Fanlong Meng except with even less varied offense. Southpaw 1-2 and thats it

There are some similarities...but Parker never, ever hit anywhere near as hard as Jalolov does/did.

If Sanchez wasn't willing to face Hrgovic for a title eliminator...I seriously doubt he would take that fight.

Bakhodir Jalolov doing a beautiful Islamic prayer after his God gifted victory.

Really nice to see this Muslim boxer have so many fans on this board.

Uzbekistan is about 90% Muslim, IIRC.

He's bigger, stronger, hits twice as hard, and his MUCH quicker feet. He's better than Parker for sure. I actually think he beats everyone except Usyk

Tupou might be the hardest puncher the HW division has seen in a decade but that didn't stop him from being a journeyman.

I like him as an eventual opponent but that's pretty fast. Maybe Booker or Breazeale first, it seems like Jalolov is having trouble with pro-style trickiness.

At worse he outfought his opponent every round and produced a highlight-reel KO to finish.

He could use some more tools in his belt, but why overcomplicate things?

95% Muslim according to Wikipedia. All the Stan countries are majority Muslim IIRC.

Booker gasses after 2 or 3 rounds. He's no longer a useful opponent.

Breazeale has already been stopped a couple times in his career and lost badly to Wallin the last time out. I doubt he'd take this fight.

I could see Wallin taking the fight. Maybe Kownacki or Demerizen would take this fight.

So close to cashing that +600 8RD DEC bet. Jalo really sat down on his shots in the last round.
