Ffs Jalolov, he should do what Dychko was willing to do last week and fight someone at least slightly noteworthy.

You trying to discourage Jalolov? Dychko won that fight and was robbed.

Jalolov's management is terrible. He made a big mistake by signing with Top Rank - they often keep East European/Central Asian boxers inactive or keep them fighting meaningless opposition until they decline with age (examples Mekhontsev, Korobov, etc.)

He'll end up like Dychko, never fighting a half-decent opponent until age 35, and then be robbed by some despicable American judges.

As @BubblesUK said, Jalolov may well just fight part-timers and journeymen all his professional career and simply never make that step up.

    Clearly still doesn't want it.

He knows he wouldn't make it and prefers not to prove it.

And go 50/50 with a very mediocre journeyman?

That might take the shine off his amateur career - he won't do it.

Franklin is more than a mediocre journeyman. Come on now. Put Franklin in with an actual mediocre journeyman and he’s going to stop them.

whatever the category between journeyman and contender is, that’s Franklin.

    I have to agree.

Franklin really isn't great at all but I'd regard him as a weak gatekeeper. He is actually really durable too.

… I’m surprised he hasn’t been eyed as an Ituama opponent. He’s no danger to Ituama and would give him some rounds. And actually, if Ituama managed to blast him out in a round, that would be impressive. Franklin went the distance with AJ. He’s got a world class chin.

I had Franklin winning at least six rounds. Commentators were chatting rubbish the whole night. Dychko did barely anything.

Itauma and his team have mentioned the Franklin fight for a few months now. They seem keen for it.
