    Great performance by Kelly- knew what to do to steal the rounds. Flash shots and made Mak miss a lot. Good 12th round to be certain- might have even won the 11th also

    lol. I was going for Bakhram btw. You said Kelly fought like a coward, which might be true but that's not how you score fights. You can fight like a coward and win every round. I doubt bakhram even out landed him. He spent too much of the fight hitting air.

    That might be true but its a great way to win decisions if your opponent can't overcome it.

    One thing I will say is that if PBK was a slick American fighting in the US they would've had that a shutout and hailed it a masterclass even though it was razor-close and PBK arguably lost or it was a draw

    He did his thing, he was not terrible but Kelly is the worst stylistic match up for him. He was very sharp. He basically fought like Plant vs Benavidez but managed to keep it going for 12 rounds and Bakhram couldn't break him down. Needed more digs to the body.

    Damn. Got sidetracked with some stuff and missed this one. Looks it it ended up being a surprisingly good/competitive fight.

    I did a pretty crappy RBR for this one, because I was paying such close attention, so I wasn't doing thorough enough write ups. Because a lot of what was happening was quite deceiving and easily fooling casuals, or those not actually scoring. Especially when you add in the horrid commentary, painting the picture of some kind of schooling, which even the biased judges didn't see. It was close, and hard to score, but I don't think Kelly did enough to tae the belt off of him, because I genuinely can't find more than 6 rounds for him. According to Compubox, Murtazaliev landed 93 punches to Kelly's 75. We both should rewatch it, even though I don't want to.:lol:
