Lol wait now you people are going to act like Parker is a huge puncher now? Putting on weight does increase you punching power. If it did Jarrell Miller would be the hardest puncher.

Bakole was stopped by Michael Hunter a natural cruiserweight for crying out loud. Bakole beating Jared Anderson didn't make this guy some world class threat.

Bakole is in horrible shape which is true for most heavyweights now days . Bakole was 230 when he was 23 . He is just a lazy guy in the same mold of Joyce and Zhang who were also 225 to 230 into their mid to late 20s

Could you imagine a prime Lennox Lewis , Foreman, Wlad or Vitali Klitscko , Mike Tyson etc being in this kind of shape? Even on 2 days notice they wouldn't have lost to Parker

Parker beating a old Wilder and older Zhang didn't show he improved and Bakole losing just shows how bad he is.

Bakole was a huge disappointment for me tonight but you've gotta give the fella credit for saving one of the heavyweight bouts on thr card at short notice .

He didn't have a camp and landed that day, man, I'm cutting him some slack. He's got balls.

So you really, really don't like Parker, we get. Winning 6 fights in a row and staying active seemingly makes no positive impression on you?

Hey man, we simply disagree, hold different opinions, no harm, no foul. Martin is green, he ate lots of punches v Anderson and he is still unproven. AJ has two close fights against the recognised pound for pound best fighter of his generation and has the boxing ability and power to stay away from the slow feet of Bakole and stop him late, even after a full camp. It's only an opinion, but hey, it's my opinion....and I'm no AJ fan....

For me, Dubois also busts Martin up and stops him...and this isn't revisionist posting, I've been saying it for a good while now

Are there any other instances where Bakole at a murderous punch on the top of his head?

Exposed is going a bit far.

He was being hyped as a legit contender and nightmare for everyone - that was ridiculous, he never had the resume to back that up.

Turning up without a full camp was dumb, and he was always likely to lose when stepping up that far even if he was fully fit and prepared.

He's still a solid gatekeeper unless he proves otherwise - it's just that reality has derailed the hype train... Not the first time, certainly won't be the last.

I personally had a feeling Parker would win this. I think maybe Bakole was a bit overrated but that wasn't him at his best tonight no way.

You can see when he purs punches together how hard he hits.

Hes obviously still very dangerous for any fighter in the division but people acting like this wasnt bad for him and his career, and who want to put all the blame on this loss on short notice, are in denial, imo.

A world class champion material fighter doesnt get dusted in 2 rounds by Parker because its a short notice fight, sorry.

This was a very bad night for Bakole, and I dont think he gets 'underestimated' in the future... managers are smart and know hes still dangerous, if anything I think this just gives people an extra excuse to avoid him now.

    Horrible night for Bakole.

Should make him vs Zhang I suppose, would be a good and respectable bounce back fight/win for both guys.
