Exactly. And remember he was the first one to really rave about and hype up Ritson and he was bang on with the hype.
I take it you’ve seen Ritsons interview on IFL talking about how billy nelson nearly ruined his career with false promises and stealing money of him? When he went up there to train with him and ended up hitting a punch alone for training? The guys a joke, there’s backing your fighter then there is plain delusion which is what he is, you don’t have a novice who has had no fights against any opposition (his last fight was DL JONES for god sake) talking like he’s the new ALI
Really good, un-hyped fight. Look forward to reading a report here from someone who attends. I get that Bakole has been sparring high quality opposition. That should help, but without having seen the sessions, it could also mean he knows how to take a beating. Someone mentioned what's Hunter's motivation for taking the fight? I think he said it himself a couple of months ago when interviewed - to stay busy. Sitting on the shelf killed whatever chance he had against Usyk. He's at least coming in with some rounds behind him for this one. I think we'll see a kayo one way or the other. Hunter will want to maintain a decent pace in order to tire Bakole out. If there's a big disparity in skill level, he'll land hard & often.
I've only seen both fighters once but reading about Bakole on here I was quite surprised to see boxing news tip Hunter to win on points. Sounds like its an interesting fight either way.
Cheers pal. Bakole neater the weight he should be, though I think he would vebe better around 17st 7ib. Still think he beats Hunter in a good fight. Not often you will get two opponents of that quality headlining together at the York Hall.
Given Billy Nelson's previous information on Burns and Ritson (excluding the Crawford fight), I am backing Billy's boy to do the business. He cannot get them all right but certainly knows his onions.
Looks like the fight of the night is on Channel 5 again, followed by the action on the WBSS website, then Boxnation with Eh Day delivering another pile of stale turd on Sky Sports yet again. The Matchroom circus brings to you the same clowns facing different puddings.
