i love how quickly we've gone from Fury being the clear no1 HW on the planet and borderline untouchable to this.
Bakole would start favourite. One swallow doesn't make a summer same as one bum doesn't make a boxing career.
One of Fury's biggest weaknesses which is why he became the boxer he is was his lack of power. Early in his career he was very honest about this. "I'm not the biggest hitter in the world but for my size I can move almost unnatural" That unnatural movement is slowly dwindling. He was flat footed and dead last night. His balance and legs looked gone. The punch Francis landed wasn't brutal but it was a counter left hook with top heavy Fury unable to catch himself so he went down. Bakole & most of these other heavyweights are legit bangers. Fury has good pop but not enough to chin people out cold, unless you're a gassing Whyte walking into an uppercut. This is what Fury was really worried about after he went down. He already grasped there was a good chance he might not be able to stop Francis. You can't rely on that...and all it would have took is for Fury to go down again another flash knockdown and that's it. You're heavily behind on the scorecards. I've watched the fight back. There are many factors in play but Fury definitely got spooked worried he might get knocked down again and wouldn't be able to draw it back on the scorecards. He fought cautious and within himself and he clearly wasn't in good condition. Didn't expect to come to outbox. I think he was even worried about Francis coming over his jab hence why he didn't throw it. When the going gets tough Fury goes into dogfight mode and this fight here it just was not an option. This was the first time instead of going into dogfight mode Fury needed to go back to boxing mode and he was not prepared for that!
Are you serious? Stiff ass Ngannou against Bakole? Bakole’s a vicious heavy handed puncher who is quite elusive for his size he would bully tf out of Ngannou
Bakole would probably win, but he wouldn’t ragdoll Ngannou, he’d need to lose weight to be mobile and box him for the most part.
