Bakole vs Whyte

I think Bakole is going to KO him. Whyte chin is long gone. Still Whyte is a very good win to have, so this would be great fight and victory for Bakole.

 

Right now the stars are in the ascendant for Bakole and on the wane for Whyte. A few years back I'd give Whyte a good chance to outbox Bakole, but the dude's chin just gets worse and worse. Hard to really give someone much of a chance when they can't take even glancing shots well.

 

Is there rumours this fight is going to happen? Hope so as it would be a great fight. Judging by both of there last performance, you have to go for Bakole with the KO.

 

It's a tough and even fight IMO, are lot of people are jumping on the hype train for Bakole because he beat Yoka who was never anything special (The Hammer fight showed us that), people forget about how poor Bakole was against Hunter!

Whyte prior to the Fury fight would have been favourite for this, he has certainly mixed and beaten the better opposition of the two. The question is, has Whyte deteriorated? If no, then I favour Whyte, if he has then Bakole will win by stoppage late on.

 

If Bakole would enter the fight as aggressively as against Yoka, then there is a great possibility that he would knock out Whyte...

 

Whyte would climb off the canvas to stop Bakole late.

 

Possible as Whyte's chin and porous defence allows anyone with a good punch a chance to take him out.

But there's a difference between Yoka and Whyte. For all Whyte's flaws he's far more dangerous than Yoka as he can counter punch, especially with his left hook. If he can KO Chisora he can KO Bakole. So Bakole will need to be way more careful against Whyte, he can't just walk Whyte down like Yoka.

Right now Whyte is still far more proven. So I'd have him favourite.

The Hunter fight was 4 years ago now, Bakole had improved a great deal since then. Whyte has suffered some heavy KO's now and is on the decline. Bakole is far more hungry, he made a serious impact beating Yoka and he would batter Whyte into retirement.

 

I picked yoka to win so credit were credit is due but whyte is no yoka his held his own at the top level bokole has yet to do that so am gonna wait before I get on that train till he gets a win at the top level and yoka isn't that win

I'm not sold with the Yoka win, he was a hype job and arguably worse than Audley Harrison in terms of gold medalists turned pro's. He is a handful for many is Bakole but I can't lie and pretend he's improved in the last 4 years.

We could all be reading too much in to the Fury loss, it's not like losing to the best heavyweight in the world is shameful!

I think it's a 50 50 fight personally. I think Whyte outboxes Bakole, but Bakole could KO him late.

 

i dunno about right now, and I've been really critical of Whyte on here, but if it was the Whyte 2018 vs Bakole from the other night, I think Whyte stops him late.

Smashing Yoka around was a good performance esp with how everyone wrote him off after weighing in heavy, but he didn't even stop Yoka. Whyte had a very good chin. His punch resistance now is pretty shot though. So right now I think Bakole would probably win.

 

Whyte signs the bent judges from the Yoka fight he might have a great chance.
