What are some good drills to do to improve one's balance. I noticed much improved balance when I started doing pistol squats and using a evaluation line

What are some other things I can do to improve my balance

a good exercise i do - dunno what its called though - is where you get into a press-up position, but with your knees on the floor. You then extend your left arm out and lift your right leg off the floor, then alternate

  8. I'll practise balance in everyday life, something you can think about a lot if you have training on your mind. Remember the line, centre of balance. Not a big fan of drills but skip rope is good for balance aswell as kicks in the air (fwd and behind) and pistol squats, lunges. Ali shuffle movement is helpful.

Standing on a fitball or 2 well blown up basketballs are some of my favourites, a good workout for the legs and you must be very focused to do either of them.

Good video from the op. And I wasn't even the least bit disturbed that the trainer sounded like Herbert from family guy. Not even a little.
