The Balkan boxing scene doesn't get much attention when mentioning eastern european boxing, but the Balkan peninsula has its fair of decent fighters

Top fighters coming from the Balkans
Kubrat Pulev current EBU heavyweight champ
Lucian Bute former IBF super middleweight champion
    Dejan Zlaticanin top lightweight contender
Marco Huck former WBO champion and current IBO champion

    Schedule
Liam Smith vs Predrag Radosevic in Liverpool with this being for Smith's WBO belt
Dejan Zlaticanin vs Emiliano Marsili in New York for the vacant WBC interim belt
Kubrat Pulev possibly against Joseph Parker in a final eliminator

Youtube links to the fights will be posted here after the fights

Ahmet Oner has done a good job guiding Yildirim's career, he's also his trainer and Avni's made some improvements

Kubrat Pulev was ordered by the EBU to face Mariusz Wach, okay fight but i'm hoping that the IBF order a fight with Joseph Parker

Yes Bulgaria,Romania and Turkey are part of the balkan countries ,but with Turkey the european part is only considered part of the Balkans.
There's only one fighter from Macedonia called Fatlum Zhuta who is a fighter with a record of 3 0 1 and lives in Alaska according to Boxrec, which you should check out.
I haven't been to Macedonia and i didn't know that they like Russia so much.
    Благодаря за информацията :good

Fatlum sounds albanian to my ears.I guess he is an Albanian from the great minority of albanians who live in macedonia.
Yep! Quite a few people there could speak russian+they treated you much better as soon as I spoke in russian to them.
Sure,I ve been to Trebinje in the Srbska Republic and to Serbia as well as to Bulgaria. In all aforementioned countries they treat you very well as soon as they learn you are russian.
    Well,at times I just didnt mention that I am not russian,but belarussian:D
