That was one of the most outrageous things I've seen in a boxing ring and nothing happened. It stinks. He booted him. If the shoe was on the other foot what would have happened

Was disgraceful and utterly ridiculous he faced no punishment for it. Should have been an instant DQ.

    Lol at booted him.

Reminds me of Harry Redknapp talking about the Marco Boogers booting Gary Neville incident.

Doheny had Ball in a headlock after the bell and refused to release him and after ball kicked him. Push and a pull. Given it was the first round and the main event I think it was sensible referring given that a lot of people had paid money to watch this. We should also be thankful Doheny didn't make a meal of it, he could of easily faked injury and taken a no contest\DQ.

The first part is totally normal in boxing and understandable, booting a guy in a boxing ring, especially one whose back is to you, is an entirely different situation.

I went from liking Ball to thinking he's a midget scrotum in the space of a few seconds.

He should have at least had a point docked, but the house fighter will never be DQd. Derek Chisora bit Paul Butlin with no comebacks.

    This.

Doheny was acting like a tit and got a little kick for it.

The way he went down at first, I thought he was making a meal of it, but thankfully he saw the error of his ways and cracked on.

It's not ideal what Ball did, but the kick was light, both fighters got a talking too and the fight continued. Right decision.

Bollocks. He should have had a point off at minimum.

Not ideal is an interesting way of describing it

If a B side fighter did that in the UK there's absolutely no chance they'd escape punishment.

No it's not the right decision- as a result of an intentional kick it should have been an automatic disqualification. Ball the little no neck has gone down in my estimation lil scummer

It's not an automatic DQ mate, should have been a point deduction however.

He gave TJ a deserved kick up the arse. After being in a head lock for a lot longer than we needed.
People carrying on like it was a drop kick to the head.
Stern warning at most a point off and carry on. Instant DQ? TJ went down like a prime Premier League diver

Should of had a point taken away you can't go around doing that in a boxing ring no excuses for me.

Defend yourself at all times is the mantra.. TJ was a mug, and never defended himself against being kicked from behind and therefore the ref should have given him a count.. It ain't a tickling contest, I fully exoect Ball to win his next contest by two footed flying drop kick to the face. If not.. Are you even tbe house fighter
