i used to play alot of basketball and long distance running in highschool so to begin with the balls of my feet were always blistered up, but how do other boxers take care of their sore feet after training, i been easing up on intense jumping exercises but im worried ill become slow footed, when their really sore ill soak em in hot water and file em down a bit, any other tips out there would be appreciated. thanks.:huh

Epsom salt works wonders for soreness in general. Check it out.

As a runner blisters have often been a problem of mine. I have found that getting a shoe that fits correctly is the most common problem. I used to always buy Brooks addiction but recent models have a high arch and so leave a blister in the middle of my sole, so had to switch shoes.

Buying a good pair of bi layer running socks also helped as they result in less friction and so fewer blisters.

yea epsom salt even says on their container to try soaking tired/sore feet in the water/salt mix and it's supposed to help. I'd say try that.
