Or he can travel around fight the best guys in the division and make a big name for himself and get fans in the US and Canada as well as his following in England. Funny how things turn out. EDIT: As far as Balzsay and Inkin.....Inkin never fought again after losing to Balzsay. Supposedly, he's training to be a dentist. Balszay later got taken out on a stretcher against Robert Stieglitz and then lost his next fight against Eduard Gutknecht. However, he did have a nice win against Dimitri Sartison recently.
I respect anyone's opinion but I watched that vacant WBO title fight, the night that put the firebird Zsolt Erdei to tears of joy when his compatriot beat the odds and the favourite Inkin 8 rounds to 4 at my eyes. However, both man are typical european style, upright and disciplined, not very creative and not as much accurate technicians... Out of the question that they would hammer... Nonsense... They carry no power behind those punches compared to Froch and here is a proof of that - Balzay was stopped one fight later in Budapest to Stieglitz and Stieglitz was stopped by Andrade who was largely outworked by Kessler and Stieglietz also lost his title to Abraham, so Froch who beat AA would beat Stieglietz, and that says that Froch would beat Balzay and Inkin.
Just shows that it is very difficult to gauge how good a fighter is, before he has been tested. Froch has lots of intangibles which make him a much better fighter than what he appears just purely based on technique.
Thanks to Jeff M and Booradley for reminding me why I never post in threads about untested fighters. Post in enough of them and eventually you look like a spanner.
