i felt he was on his way to getting robbed in the last fight had he not gotten the KO. and, I have a funny feeling that Arum is banking on Alvarado to win so there can possibly be a trilogy to this fight..

For once I agree with you. Seems like the crew was biased last time, max kellerman was basically saying rios is gonna lose he's too small etc

that is all he goes for. I think Alvarado should make it a boxing match until Rios gets a little tired, then start to set down on his punches late when Rios cannot stay in so close and maybe Mike can get a knockout. But it looks like Rios will win by knockout again.

Rios was up on the cards at the time of the stoppage if I remember correct

I reckon Arum is building towards a Rios-Pacquiao bout

what fight were you watching? Lederman had it 4-2 for Alvarado. Was doing a great job of countering, blocking, had a beautiful jab but kept getting hit over his jab with an overhand right.

He has a good chance at this if he can not lazy jab like he did and got KTFO like he did

You completely misinterpreted my post. I had Alvarado ahead at the time of the stoppage in the first fight, the OFFICIAL judges had Rios ahead. The scorecards flattered Rios tonight, the fix definitely wasn't in for Mike

Rios had to strip naked to hit the weight and his punch out put started to early as the 4th round. He was gassed by the last half of the fight despite the fact that it was Rios going to Alvarado`s body. Rios needs to do the weight better in the next fight then he`ll be fine.

Also can someone confirm what HBO said about the unofficial weights. Cause I thought I heard them say Rios 161 and Alvarado 168. That can`t be right. Must have been in the 150s but just thought I'd double check.
