Actually he weighed close to 6 ounces more if I am not mistaken. He did say that the scales ended up getting moved by the people on 24-7 in between the 1st and 2nd weigh in. It does sound like an excuse but the fact that he weighed more on the second attempt after working out gives some credibility to his story.

lets be real....rios is a good pressure fighter, but isn't even as active as juan diaz was. Sure he has a lot more power....but power has never done anything to marquez. no one's going to knock marquez out...and rios just doesn't have the speed to give marquez trouble. Marquez would counter the **** out of rios all night long!!!

ps. i'm a fan of both....but marquez is all wrong for Rios. EASY UD for marquez with a possible late TKO
