    So you are robert gonzalez? and trained vic and Rios when they were around 8? that's what I am reading?

    That's pretty cool, to see them in the very top of Boxing, one fighting May an ATG and one of the best in this era the other being considered for Pacquiao..

    I trained with his Dad Manuel at Bad Boyz for three years. I met and worked with his brother Antonio. In fact I got him the job. I know his brother, Dad and sister Fanny better than I do him. I am one of the trainers at Bad Boyz.

    I will my friend. Contrary to his online and TV persona. Brandon is mostly a soft spoken and humble man. Pre fight hype and being in the ring brings out that inner beast in him.

    I don't hate Victor but unlike Brandon, he has burned all his bridges and does not remember or acknowledge his roots and the people who helped him get where he is. Brandon is loyal and grateful and Victor is a back stabbing, lying, ungrateful, un-loyal *****. Victor has never returned to his past gyms and the only reason he comes back to his hometown is because Golden Boy makes him or the city honors him in some way. When they gave Victor his day and the key to the city, many people were asking, "Why, what has he ever done for us"? Rios appreciates his roots and the city he grew up in. Victor trashes and lies about it. Victor bought his birth Dad a pick up a few years ago but that is only because Golden Boy thought it would be good PR for him.

    He has huge potential in the sport, not only as a fighter who wins but as a fighter who brings a lot of excitement in every fight. He could be a star if he keeps his nose clean and keeps out of trouble. Great pictures and great story. I hope he lives up to his potential.

    Bad Boyz Boxing Club's, 8 year old, Moises "in the black shirt, blue shorts" reminds us of a young Brandon Rios. 8 year old, Oswaldo "white shirt blue shorts" a young Victor Ortiz and 11 year old, Desirae is a one of a kind. A female southpaw with power in both hands.
