I think this will be a great fight! :happy

Warren won the purse bids yesterday for the Banks vs Maccarinelli title bout, which will be held in the UK (date not yet announced).

What do you guys think about this clash of the big punchers? Enzo has the home advantage, so I assume Banks will try to make his power count in this one.

Glad you realize there are limitations to picking that way...for instance, Banks was facing his first veteran southpaw opponent.

Maccrainelli SHOULD stop him late if Banks is in similar form. Enzo should get to him with consistent work-rate behind the jab, which will catch him up when he gasses it from 6 onwards. Banks will have his moments early on, whilst Maccarinelli is tentative after getting clowned, plus Banks has reasonable speed early.

I fear Enzo might be a bit gunshy and have to win on points.

Great to see a decent fight for his come back. Its always hard coming back from yor first loss but if he's really up for it then im goin for Enzo; UD. Respect to Banks, he can fight and this would be a 50/50 if it was a neutral venue but it aint.

If Enzo lets Banks get off early he could be KOed, he does have a china chin.

Banks isn't anything special, but Enzo is chinny. I would favour Enzo by KO, but wouldn't be surprised to see Enzo KOed.

That he does, but I don't think Banks' is too flash either. He was stunned by that Italian dude a few times, and Enzo is a bigger puncher.

The first few rounds are going to be edge-of-your seat excitement, imo.

IF the fight goes past the halfway mark, it could become dull over the last 6 rounds.
